Taiyuan Asian Puppet Theatre Museum
The Taiyuan Asian Puppet Theatre Museum is the home of the Paul Lin collection, the museum founder. The collection includes over ten thousand puppets and related artifacts from all over Asia. The museum was founded in 2000, and is situated in Dadaocheng, the old part of Taipei. It regularly organizes exhibitions, workshops, seminars and performances in Taiwan and around the world.

TOPIC, which opens on November 27, 2009, is therefore a unique Puppet Comprehensive Center in Europe that has a 250-seat Theater; a creative space for productions and co-productions of puppet shows; a museum; a temporary exhibition hall; a Documentation Center dedicated to puppetry in which all its material is digitized and which most of it is accessible via the internet as long as it does not clash with copyright; Puppets Workshops for children, teachers and professionals in the world of puppetry and to finish a small residence for artists, researchers or teachers.
